Every membership includes

Why it's £99, not £25.

A budget gym gets you a room full of machines. Swole gets you a members' club with a doctor in it. Here's the difference, in full.

  • On-site private GP

Consultations, blood panels, hormone profiling and health monitoring.

  • The full training floor

World-class bodybuilding and strength kit — capped, so it never feels full.

  • Infrared sauna & ice baths

The recovery suite is built into your membership.

  • Group classes

Strength & conditioning, small-group sessions and the run club.

  • Fuel bar & meal prep

Shakes, supplements and fresh meal prep on site.

  • Members’ clothing discount

Money off every drop from the Swole Gym apparel range.

Compare everything

Passes vs membership.

A day or month pass is a great way to feel the floor. Membership is the whole experience — including the things passes don't cover.

No hard sell. Come in on a pass or a tour, and decide once you've trained here.

Honest scarcity

Membership is capped — on purpose.

We limit how many people train here so the floor never feels full, you never queue for a rack, and the room stays calm. It's the whole point of a private club. When we're near capacity, joining moves to a waitlist — so if you're thinking about it, now is the easier time.

How joining works

Members rate the staff, the kit and the “never crowded” floor — the things a capped, members-only club is built to protect.

Good to know

Membership questions.

Do I have to be 21 or over?

Yes — Swole Gym is strictly for over-21s, with no exceptions. Bring photo ID when you first visit or join.

Am I tied into a contract?

Only if you choose to be. The rolling monthly membership (£115/mo) has no fixed term — cancel with notice. The 12-month plan (£99/mo) is cheaper in exchange for a year's commitment, and the annual plan is paid once up front.

How does the couples rate work?

Two people training together pay £178/mo on a 12-month plan (or £198/mo rolling) — less than two individual memberships. You sign up together at reception.

How do I claim the Blue Light discount?

NHS and emergency-services staff with a valid Blue Light Card pay £103.50/mo. Bring your card when you join and we’ll verify it at sign-up.

Can I try before I commit?

Absolutely. Grab a day pass, take a 1-month pass, or book a no-pressure tour — details are further up this page.

What does a membership actually include?

The full floor, the recovery suite, classes, the fuel bar and access to the on-site GP service. See the “Every membership includes” list above for the detail.
